Director of Research
The Direction of Research’s (DDI) objective is to promote, create, develop and periodically evaluate research activities at the highest level, thus enhancing undergraduate and graduate programs. It must also ensure the development of scientific and technological research nuclei that contribute to regional and national advancement, in accordance with the University’s Strategic Development Plan (PDA).
Currently, the professionals of this unit, perform tasks mainly in the areas such as scientific production, -which is measured through the publication of ISI articles, Scopus, Scielo, books and book chapters-, academic participation in national and international conferences, projects with internal financing, projects with external financing and research centers.
